good vid, agree with everything except the yeast quantities. if you use too much the bread will prove too fast, causing big holes in the internal texture, blistery bubbly crust, and dry yeasty crumb. also tends to collapse alot easier.
Alan, I baked last week exactly as you showed it; it's a very informal approach, therefore creative and I add anything, fruit, or vegetables or some meat, different flour, anything goes to suit my appetite and taste as it changes from day to day... Thank You!
I concur, everyone should know how to bake something. It's a wonderful way to spend time doing when you haven't anything better to do (or when you do, all the same).
