  • Lol...that top comment about The Raven is hilarious.

  • It honestly took you 57 seconds to get the train out of the station. LOL

  • wow

  • Whee, that was fun! :D lol

  • Its not broke, they were putting that train away bcuz they didnt need two running bcuz it wasnt crowded enuf, they hav to do it slowly so it doesnt reck tho so no malfunction here

  • this kinda boring cause all ur loooking at is a bunch of seats moving while making a whiping sound so i find it very boring but that is just my opinion other people migth have diffrent ones

  • where is holiday world?

  • @mscanadaswonderland Indiana,Santa clause

  • Why brake test in the station...? o_O

  • well at least you know the brakes are working XD

  • Well, nothings perfect. At least it happened in the station and no hauling at 50 mph then halting. I haven't been to holiday world, my familys been twice and I want to go so bad. The Voyage looks AWESOME.

  • Well, looks like the ghosts won this time...

  • and we may leave the station sometime this week!!!

  • going there tomorrow for a field trip

  • @kylerdunn1 What school takes you there for a field trip and when can I enroll?

  • @PaigeOfTheSound A lot of schools actually XD My school does..

  • @kylerdunn1 lol im goin there on a fild trip on monday

  • lol omg people they were just testing the brakes durrr

  • i luv that ride!!!

  • HOLIDAY WORLD RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol thats funny! lol they are testing the brakes for each car to make sure it grabs the brake corect

  • lol wat if people were riding it... haha

  • lol

  • I think it's kinda funny how the train BARELY fits in the station, it squeaks on the sides. lol Fun ride though.

  • what are you talking about? It fits the wya its supposed to and the squeaking is the pressure releasing on the breaks.

  • @sfkkonline Is it from the brakes? If so, then nevermind. But I always assumed it was the side of the cars shearing against the floor boards.

  • Lol yep. But the park might eventually replace the trains on raven and maybe legend with the new gravtity group trains theyre putting on voyage this year. They actually tested a prototype last spring on raven so im hoping they do lol.

  • It might be the ride op just playing around. I've seen ops do that before from sheer boredom.

  • You can't get bored at Holiday World! lol

  • @jawharp1992 It's not out of sheer boredom. Maintenance is removing it from the track. It is being controlled from the transfer room. They do what you are seeing to keep it from rolling in too fast. Completely normal. Ride ops do not have the control to do that. If we dispatch and then release the buttons, it stops the ride, and maintenance would have to come in and send the train. Trust me, I've worked this coaster for three seasons. :)

  • That does make sense, but I still have seen ride ops at different parks do that in sheer boredom. :P

  • Yeah, I can see that. At HW, the brakes are operated by the computer. The only time anyone has manual control over them is when maintenance puts the system in transfer mode. I've seen other parks that have manual brakes at all times.

  • are you guys sure it's a glitch? it could be that they were going to transfer the train and inspect it, maintain it, or there were not a lot of people in the park/business was slow that day. I know at Indiana Beach, they have 2 trains for either Cornball Express or Hoosier Hurricane, and half the time the other train is sitting on the opposite of the track not being used.

  • No if youve rode raven you know that it leads off from there into the lift. why would they be letting go the 2nd train in front of this train? That would cause a crash.

  • The train would go to the transfer station first before it gets to the lift hill. Also if they let this go, the second train would roll into the station, then that train would end up stopping in the brake run. There's really no way the trains could run into each other.

  • cool

  • you really must play to much halo to call that a glitch, nerd.

  • It technically is a glitch, computer's run the ride.

  • This is NOT a glitch, it is a process of taking a train off of the track.

  • Oh sorry, should've been more specific. I was just trying to say that there are technically "glitches" with the rides, cause it is ran by computers. I know what this is, but I was responding to what Jblog said. But to be more specific they aren't called glitches for the rides it's a fault if it something goes wrong so i don't get called out on that either ._.

  • Oh ok, sorry.

  • If this really was a glitch, the ride would have faulted, and the e-stop (emergency stop) would have been activated.

  • That is not a glitch... it is what happens when they place a train on the transfer track and only use one train.

  • yeah you're right, they're just slowly inching the train out of the station to the transfer area so it's not speeding by.

  • Man that's speeding through the station isn't it. The only thing I don't like about Raven is that When the train before you stops it pushes pretty much the whole station forward.

  • That's always fun to watch. :) Just think if the track DIDN'T do that... The train would tear the track up... The train only weighs a few tons. lol

  • ya as soon as the raven rounds that little turn it goes really fast then slows down to go up the incline

  • omg THATS SO RAVEN!!

  • Its not a glitch. its a process of moving the train your seeing into the sub station so it can go down to 1 train.

  • lol u suck my balls who ever made this peice of shit

  • Ya that same thing happened to me when I went on my class trip and I had to wait in line for half an hour. Then when we got to ride my friends were in front of me so I had to ride with some old hairy guy.

  • lol

  • Glad I wasn't in line then.

  • Lol

  • Ok Now That Was Weird!

  • I agree it's like is it ever gonna pull out

  • That's what she said! hahaha

That's really wierd. Never seen Raven do that before.

  • me either. but lol haha

  • They were taking the train off the track... Maintenance was just stopping it like that so it doesn't pull in the transfer station too fast. It's normal. don't worry. The Raven is fine. :)
