You need to know how to make an arc reactor, a suit that responds to all the actions u do, repulsors that can lift you up and overcome the weight and lift ratio, an armor that can deflect bullets and not freeze up at high altittudes, and you must have a high tech head gear installed. To me you need more than 2 billion dollars to make this.

you can survive sub sonic speeds. its only the acceleration that can kill u. if u accelerated to 750 mph without dying and stayed at that speed, you would feel like standing still. harmful G force can only be generated if u accelerate really fast like from 0mph-300 mph in 30 seconds or so. The tank shot could have shredded when making contact with the armor so u could survive it. Crash onto the earth as a meteorite and survive, ok wtf lol.
