No, I have a sedue 1.5" and it is way to big to make curls, and the edges are veyr sqare. If your big on curls I would sya get the 1" one.

only if you try to straighten it right after you make the mistake, it used to happen to me all the time, you gotta let the peice of hair cool down , just start on some other peice and wait for the other one to cool down then it should be fine

Depends on how thick/thin your hair is. If your hair is thick, opt for a curling iron that heats up to 450 degrees. If your hair is thin, get one that heats up to 410. Make sure your iron has adjustable heat settings, and a curved edge so it's easier to curl with.

@chelsyyx clean the plates of your flat iron, and use a leave in conditioner ... the one she suggests is, in my opinion, the best out there, and its cheap (at wal-mart)

and u dont have to use a sedu straigtener, as long it's a flat iron. and as long as ur hair is dirty the better the curls will last as well...

dude, dont get an expensive straigtner. i hav 1 from walmart that cost $20. and it works with dry or wet hair. it also has vents on the top, so it doesn't damage your hair. i would reccomend a cheaper one. it works just as well
