you did a far better job explaining than most if not all the vidoes from the pros here - you detailed analysis is what most if not all instruction videos lack. well done even thought i think it would have been better if you did this outside and took a full swing
Not bad but too flat. at the top of your swing, your left arm should be parallel to the angle of the shaft at address. Jim Hardy would say your arm and shoulder plane are pointing to the outside part of 48in zone.
