Is it possible to shoot similar 'drag shots' as in Call of Duty? I mean, can you get a 98% guaranteed timing for your hit by very quickly sweeping the crosshair over the enemy and shooting at basically any time? In CoD this tactic is rather obvious but very effective but I've felt not being able to hit anything with the Sniper in TF2.

You can, but it's not recommended, as the hit reg in this game is pretty terrible due to lag compensation

Not to bash on you or anything, but I am fairly certain letting the enemy walk into your dot to get headshots is a bad habit to get into, especially if you're a beginning sniper... It will backfire when you face opponents who move unpredictably to avoid your shots, in which case a quick flickshot will serve you much better. Of course, that doesn't mean you should never do it, just throwing in my 2 cents...

BTW, you should add turning mouse accel off.

I use the Rifle simply because it's better, you can't do nearly as good of a job with the Huntsman or Sleeper. And seeing as how it's a long range weapon your chances of dying are fairly small.

I prefer Jarate and the Bushwacka together for one hit combos in close range

Episode 3 will be here eventually....no idea when, I run on Valve Time.

It makes a toggle that changes the scale of your crosshair, I recommend it as it makes Sniping with the Rifle easier.

Here's what I do

1. At night, go to mega upload and start download

2. Go to sleep, and get a good night's rest

I enjoyed seeing this. Good job, Wats.

On a side note, I'll mention that a lot of the footage of me (Chesh) was from one day where I had an amazing spree on several maps. Also, I'll note that if you have a half-to-full power shot ready, and an enemy and a teammate are trading rockets, don't be afraid to help and use that shot as a bodyshot. It does sound like you're just going for points, but it's amazing how many teammates survive when you're just adding damage to an enemy or picking him off.

The update that allowed Sniper bullets to go through teammates happened a little bit of time or a few months after the Sniper/Spy update. I remember it well because less than 7 days before, a player yelled at me for running in front of him while trying to snipe out of the entrance of Dustbowl 2-1 on Blue. You could probably find the exact date with some ctrl+F searching on the 119th update page.

I'm strictly spy because I do Highlander(One person per class). I'm usually the spy since apparently, nobody can play spy on either team besides myself. I'm not even that good either, I can get around 10 kills before finally dying.
