@acgamesinc - Divide the number of up votes by the total number of votes cast, then multiply the result by 100: that will give you a percentage of how well liked a video is. Perry's "Strong" is at 3%. Bieber's "Baby" is at 32.8%. "Strong" is much more hated.

If it's proportional than any video with 1 dislike & 0 likes is the most disliked video on Youtube. Quit trying to cover for Karger's error. Karger didn't check his facts, it's fine. It doesn't mean I don't like the guy, it just means he spoke without considering the fact that "Baby" is the most disliked video on Youtube.
