First of all, the name of the tv show is Bichos (vermin) and it's from Colombia. The short-haired boy's name is Camilo Echeverry, who won a Reality Show called The XS Factor, which is for singer children. Like Camilo is now a Colombian famous singer the program Bichos has a section where Camilos' fans write to ask him for doing some funny and nice things and he choose the most interesting one. As you can see, in this episode a boy invited Camilo to practice fencing.
