@Honeh When you originally did your videos I was losing what ended up being 60lbs. This last year was really rough and I ended up gaining half of that back. I guess it's just coincidence that the day I decided to make a change, you posted a video. I'm at 195 now and hope to get back down to where I was a year ago - at 160. I look forward to everything you have planned. Maybe i'll post a video soon too =)
Hi there, I have been away for a long time as well. I want to come back, it is just getting my butt in gear. I completely agree with the Facebook thing. I have had to make sure I get my workout in before I am allowing myself to play. lol! Looking forward to hearing your band. :)
@Kat71 We're working on getting some stuff recorded, so hopefully soon. As for being away, it's okay! Sometimes it's better to take a break than to do it all at once. It's a lifestyle, not a diet. I maintained for a year.
