Write whatever you want Microsoft Sam to say on Microsoft Word or NotePad. To get Microsoft Sam to read the text on the screen, press: Ctri + Shift + Spacebar.

To record the audio:
Start > (All) Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder + Microphone + Loud Speakers.
