It is a AT32UC3A1512. It works standalone.
The AT32UC3A does not work with Linux.

No it's not an ATmega128, it's an AVR32 (the clue was in the title).
The AVR32 can run Linux, something the ATmega128 is not able to do.
pZippi: are you running thin under Linux, or standalone?
