rare shoulda stayed wit nintendo, cuz XBOX got problems wit discs, so more ppl buy nintendos for that reason (not dissing u XBOX fans) if rare stayed wit nintendo, conker would have a sequel, banjo kazooie would have a DS remake, theyd all be in brawl, and rare woulda made some more games. i mean diddy kong racings on DS, and ya there r banjo kazooies on GBA, so nintendos still got rare on their portable side...WOOHOO!!! hopefully the wii and its future gets rare back!

They would need Rares permission to use Banjo and I don't think Rare and Nintendo are on good terms with one another I would also like Conker to be in Brawl but unless Rare gets back with Nintendo that may never happen.

they are on good terms. Mircosoft brought out Rare, so that's why they arn't working together. However, Microsoft and Nintendo are on bad terms, so Microsoft is basically a barier between them

The other way is if Rare suddenly makes the next Banjo-Kazooie game the wonderful power of open-source.

That's unlikely, because ANYONE could edit/mod the game. That, and a free version would have to be made.... and the source code released.
