I've done that o-course twice with my sea cadet unit, they didn't allow us on the A frame and they only allowed us to climb the rock thing and touch the top (sorry i dunno the actual name), but it was still fun. some cadets were able to do this just as fast. one did the entire thing (excluding the aforementioned obstacles) in 4 minutes.

im a sherrifs explorer for ccso in florida and for our boot camp we ran an obstacle course that was EXACTLY the same right down to the finish and its really not as tough as people would perceive it to be in this video my 3 man squad ran it in 8 minutes and got first place for fastest time ive seen much harder obstacle courses than this. but overall nice video
