Does anyone know where i can find a actual photo or video of the ghost girl Laura Arroyo that would appear in a blank billboard at night in Chula Vista way back in 1991? I've been searching for a photo or video where it shows the ghost appearing in the billboard, but i can't seem to find any photos or videos! If anyone knows where, it would help me a lot!

Although the two images are similar to the Seawise University . I believe they are pictures of ships taken during the Pearl Harbor attack. Like vapor released from a bottle when its crushed lives were lost violently on those ships resulting in ghosts that roam freely usually confused.
