@TheShockful yea. this was a REAL mistake ingame. it calls giaNa sisters, but in the "title scroller" there was giaNNa sisters, which was wrong.

@WAtheAnum I read up a bit on the subject and as I understand it: "Gianna" is an italian name (just like in a another game that i will not mention here) but they changed it to just "Giana" in the last minute. Supposedly not to confuse the game title with italian singer Gianna Nannini.

ganz großes kino! ich liebe die SID engine. das DS remake ist wirklich net so gut (obwohl der soundtrack ok ist)

@haterdude hi ganz einfach weil mario nie mein fall war und ich niemals für sowas ödes geld ausgeben würde,

meiner meinung nach klammert sich auch nintendo zu sehr an mario die sollten mal was neues machen,

und deshalb würde ich eher wieder einen c64 kaufen und darauf giann zocken^^

ist vieleicht schwer zu verstehen der nicht aus der c64 ära ist^^

also nicht falsch verstehen ich hab auch schon einige mario games gezockt aber sie sind nicht wirklich mein fall dann lieber ne runde sonic^^ cucu

ich bin nicht in der C64 ära geboren (jahrgang 90), der C64 und der atari waren trotzdem die anfänge meiner "videospielgeschichte", da wir als ich im kindergarten war dank meines bruders noch beides hier stehen hatten. ich kann mich auch noch sehr gut daran erinnern und es hat nichts damit zu tun, dass ich zu jung bin.

es ist bloß, wie so oft, eine geschmacksfrage, und ich finde mario ist auch heute noch (galaxy 1+2) eins der aller wenigsten, immer noch fantastischen spiele. ;)

zudem sollte man auch berücksichtigen, dass giana sisters von mario kopiert wurde, und nicht umgekehrt. also so viel zum thema "da spiel ich lieber das original giana sisters", womit ich keineswegs GS in frage stellen möchte. ich habs damals selbst auf dem C64 gezockt und es war super. ich versteh nur den hass gegenüber mario nicht, nur weil nintendos maskottchen es (aus gutem grund) einfach geschafft hat.
