  • Hi, just a question, you say curry powder in the video and in your recipe you say chili powder, which one is it?....thank you

  • I like the video... I can pretty much understand what you're say. I was just wondering if you can translate in english subtitlles. I also wanted to know what kind of sauce did you make for the gizzards?

  • He is not a Hadji hindu dot head like bobby jindal

  • @Salahuddin2009a he aint an indian and he aint using indian accent. He is a filipino.

  • I hate Indian accent

  • nice

  • i tried frying them and they were hard to chew how do u make them soft?

  • @sphony idk every gizzard i ever ate was chewy. except for these ones i had that were like the best ones i ever had.

  • @sphony you have to boil them them first. I believe he says in Tegalog at the begining of the vid that they are infact boiled. Too bad he didnt say it in Engilsh

  • @sphony you gotta boil them for about 1 to 1half hours, personally like to boil them for about 2 since i boil around 3 pounds everytime i make them.

  • @alonsoeldemx haven't tried boiling them for more than 15 minutes..sometimes less..but we do this for the "kilawen" style..the gizzard is soft and chewy, more than that time and it turns hard and a bit 'rubbery",anyway will try to cook it more if your preparation turns up soft and chewable at least?thanks!

  • sounds delicious i love gizzards. what language are you speaking?

  • @SystemofaJake1 tagalog, from the philippines:)

  • @SystemofaJake1 what good for frying chicken? veggetable oil or corn oil? cant afford canola/olive and those blend-mix olive is jus mix with cheap oil. if i get canola it must be pure.

for frying chicken what best? veggetable oil or corn oil?

  • @MrDelightfulPink dude just use crisco.

  • @MrDelightfulPink

Both oils are suggested as good for frying. Olive oil breaks down faster than the other three so it is not suggested for frying. Corn oil has a higher smoke point than Canola and I think Vegetable is higher than that.

  • cornstarch ok lang ba gamitin?

  • yes

  • sarap nman!!!

  • @rosstejero baticolon or balunbalunan..jan naiipon iti ng mga mahok(ibon).

  • Ano ang klaseng chili powder ba 'to po?
