Probably posted this elsewhere. Finally found a copy of this at Blockbuster. Great casting and acting. Creepy sound effects (love that "splinter" sound!) Hope these guys make enough money to do a sequel. Seems oil/fuel was involved in the mutation/creation of the creature. How about a BP/polluted ocean spinoff? A socially conscious horror movie that wouldn't be to preachy but just shaming enough to the industry.
