I believe Phil Kramer is the Indian's voice- he did similar nasal-sounding voices for the studio {"Hamateur Night", "Porky's Hotel"} in the late '30s. The gag where Bugs quickly bakes an Indian vase just so he can clobber the Indian with it, was reworked into "Rabbit Hood" [...a layer cake, just so the Sheriff of Nottingham can fall into it].
