i have to agree man, great video and madden 09 to me was below expectations so i returned it and got mlb 08 the show because madden 09 is just too simple in gameplay and nothing done to presentation, i felt like i was playing madden 07 with somewhat better graphics.

anyway i like madden but after this year im just renting it first before i buy it.

While I agree with nearly everything it's very one sided. EA is a business. For every 100 "casual" football fans that play Madden, there's probably one true football fan. And as long as people keep buying a slowly improved game each year, they'll keep doing it.

It's not very good business to cater to the minority. I understand EA and I understand you. Except about the Cowboys. DeMarcus Ware being the only gifted pass rusher on the team? No. Giants win the East this year. Repeeeeat.

lol i love this, and yes i agree with that. EA has been messing up every year. At one point they had like assist tackles, gang tackling,and then they put out things like a kicker tackling a lineman by himself. What the fuck is that?

i agree madden is a sub-par game that delivers the same stuff every year. It is a game for football players not casual gamers. The Xbox and PS3 can support better graphics and gameplay, but EA chooses to release crap. Im sorry madden is a fun game and for sure playable, but the game could be much much better simple as that
