Thanks for the appreciations. Yes i plan on making french video. i just need to spend more time to do that.

C'est une très bonne suggestion! Merci

  • @Doctorbass Ouiais... une estie de bonne idée !

  • im impressed! if you ever sell one, let me know! ^_^

  • What is the FULL spec for this bike please ?

Batteries, Controller, Motor, Tyre size, etc etc....

  • @myozone

Battery: I built it with A123 cells from Dewalt recycled battery. It's 28 blocks in serie of 4 cell in parallel for 92.4V nominal at 9.2Ah. but it can discharge at 480amps no prob

Controller: Infineon controller built with 18x IRFB4110 mosfets that i modified with better capacitors and beefed the traces etc..

Motor: Crystalyte 5402 hub motor that i modified to a 5304 for better low end acceleration

    Trike: KMX typhoon 2010

Tire: rear 20" and front 16"

  • @Doctorbass Very good ! - how do you recharge the pack ?

    Thanks,

  • Man...you are my E hero. Your builds are off the charts. I wish I knew as much about ebikes as you do.

I am looking to get my first ebike conversion kit soon, and am doing research on the forums. Its seems so complicated. I just want to go fast 50kph ish and far 40-50km on a charge + have some decent reliability. Any suggestions on a nice conversion build for around 1k?

  • @surfboardhacker

Best for you is spensing 50% on the battery and 50% on the controller and motor combo

500% for the battery, 300$ for the motor and wheel and 200$ for the controller.

48V 15Ah will give you 55km/h max speed and 50km distance ( at 35kmh). The new HS35 from crystalyte would be a good choice. But wait until the sensored version is released in the next month. a 12 mosfet controller from infineon would be best too ( the oe with the 4110).. search on the forum

  • looks quick! how do you like sitting down so close to the ground?

  • @meyiyiyi55 Awsome.. you ride at 70km/h and the feeling of 100km/h =))

  • @meyiyiyi55 Amazing!.. the speed impression make you feel riding 100kmh but the gps say 70!
