Please don't thank me.....you completely earned the compliment . Also........Highschool ???????? Now I'm really impressed ,because I assumed you guys were university history students. You totally scored !!!
Really random I wasn't expecting something like this when I clicked my mouse on this one. ......most of these homemade history videos are total s*** but yours is an excellent.exception. Awesome script, awesome acting, awesome choices for the music. I almost pissed myself laughing during the battle of Preston. The amateur stuff here on YouTube doesn't get much better than this. And your history's actually pretty accurate too. thanks for sharing this I really enjoyed it.
I hardly know how to thank you. I made this in less than one day- planning, shooting, and editing. At this point in high school i really had a system down for making really quick shitty films for projects, which the teachers really ate up because no one else was really doing it at the time. I´m pretty sure we just shot straight out of the history book.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this vid! Still you got it little inaccurate, tea wasn't introduced to England until the reign of Charles's son Charles II when his wife Catherine of Braganza brought it over from Portugal. But I guess that's just being picky.
Ive got some crumpets here! they are nice toasted on one side and spread with slightly salted butter. I like them but strangely enough not many English people actually eat them so fuck only knows where Americans get their views of other countries from? maybe is because they are all FAT CUNTS who cant move from their computers or TV's?
I live near williamsburg which makes a big cheezy deal of british colonialism, so i was poking fun at that. I don't know about you, but personally, i'm not a big fan of imperialistic aristocracy and how ridiculously vain and gay people of such "class" could be, so i was making fun of that too. I know that english people aren't really like that. If you were to make fun of president bush as a redneck eating a rare steak listening to country music, i'd be right behind you
You are wrong! The Americans are very family orientated - after all in every conversation thet mention the word "mother". Also, the Americans love animals they are always asking about asses! ;)
i was making fun of american stereotypes of british culture. I too am sick of americanized "british costume dramas". Not only were there british stereotypes, there were also scottish stereotypes. I know this film is absurd and stereotypical, but at this point in my high school education, i was bored with the material we were covering, so i was taking a stab at it through this medium. I am aware of the lack of crumpets in british culture these days.
You Americans are so ignorant. Don't you realize that Henry VIII had 18 wives and that Anne Boleyn was not beheaded by a sword! The poor girl went on a daytrip to France and got caught in the French Revolution's guillotine. Cleopatra was not from Eygpt. She was a salty sexy lass from Dublin, Ireland. Charles I was not beheaded. He went to Walmart and used their fucking cheap razors and used it too quickly. St Joan and her Arc sank in the floods. History is truly amazing!
What is this obsession americans have with british people eating crumpets? I've lived in england for 30 years and I've never eaten a crumpet, and I've never seen anything that looks like what you call an 'english crumpet'. They just don't EXIST in england. I mean, if someone said they were 'having crumpets' you'd look at them like they were insane. Maybe people used to eat them in about 1900, but I've never eaten one, seen one on a menu, or in fact seen someone else eating one. IT'S A MYTH.
Thank you for your Enthusiasm. it is really encouraging... that song is "One Winged Angel", the same song that plays in Final Fantasy 7 when fighting sephiroth.
I say boo cromwell and boo charles. Both were HORRIBLE leaders. Cromwell became what he sought to get rid of in the end. But he was a pretty good broadswordsman and he really did single-handedly defeat the great scottish army. I think he used some fire spells too
