Being an entrepreneur, business owner, and consultant I have introduced these principles to companies from tiny start-ups to giants in fields from magazine publishing to health club management, to sales, I find Daniel Pink to be absolutely right. Money matters but creativity does not stem from it. The old way of management is broken. Businesses need to embrace these new methods and prove to themselves that it does work!
