My local arcade has this 1988 Atari version, and his FENOMENAL. I love it and I play it roughly at least once a day. Level 14 is brutal and I can barely pass it, maximum level I've been is 18 but was almost by accident!!
I would like to find this songs to put them in my cellphone but I can't seem to find them at all. All they ahve is the nintendo version ( i don't like it)
Hey! This is the Atari Games version of Tetris! I like this version the best out of all of the different versions of Tetris. I used to have played that at Playland, the arcade at the Village Square Mall in Effingham, before it closed down.

All I ask is for some of the new Tetris' today have a Russian guy dancing on it. Now that was bad ass and worth the wait to see that little guy.

Effingham, IL? That city owned in the '80's. It's so sad how the Ramada Inn and VSM arcade had to pretty much disolve to dust (literally) :(
