One more thing Rashid ad-Din Sinan AKA Al-Mualim was also a Muslim he was a leader he ordered the assassination of the king of Jerusalem so yeh alot of people are Muslims who are based within the game but no one knows the actual religion of the assassins themselves (Ezio and Altair) but all i know is that Altair Father Umar is a muslim for defo so there is like 80% chance of him being one since there is no mention of his mother properly. To be honest no one cares but i am just saying :-)

@inu358 Ezio is atheist, as well. I believe he lost faith after his family's death; if not then, he certainly lost it when he became an Assassin. If he's not atheists, then like all Assassins, he reserves his faith and never acts on it; Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted; don't believe all you are told to, and don't let law or 'morality' get in the way of what must be done.

@moviewatcher304 I guess it would be more correct to say he is Agnostic, woulnd't it? I only played ACII, Brotherhood and Revelations (Brotherhood was too similar to II so I played half of it). Atheists don't respect those who believe in God/gods, since they pretend to know FOR SURE he/they doesn't/don't exist...I don't respect Atheists, they are so Ignorant (they say they are against what they actually are).

Then you don't respect who believes in God nor do you respect me. We are enemies in that area. And what's this about claiming to have higher 'conscience level'? Are you referring to a sense of ethics and morals? If so, please justify your assumption.

@SuperMineMind Just to clarify there are two types of athiests. and Negative Athiests dont disrespect people who beleive in god. They are just people who have seen both sides of the arguement and think that the arguements for God not existing win overall. Or they may just not have thought of the concept of God properly. Not all athiests disrespect and are ignorant. (im not an athiest btw LOL)

Ezio and Altair are not directly related by blood... One comes from desmonds fathers side and the other from his mothers side. Also, the Auditores was florentine Banker:P nothing more nothing less:(
