  • Respect.

  • hammer leitung. respekt!

  • fucking germans!!!!!fucking stealers!!!god damn you,you have stolen the future of greece!!! GOD DAMN YOU!!!!~!

  • @MegaNickAce and the greedy greeks stole our money...

  • he use steroids ^^

  • Dang, my best is just 47...

  • MR BOOMBASTIC

  • impressive but still not perfect. that kind of form can be harmful to your shoulders. go for perfect form instead of max reps

  • @telrick4 I agree with you. I'd rather do ten quality pullups/chinups than fifty sloppy ones.

Once your muscles have become exhausted, I think it is pointless to struggle to do more.

  • @mrsolofeo its not pointless the more you struggle thats where muscles get damage and gets bigger and stronger..

  • Judo people are really strong!

  • i use to do that.. but then someone stole my sweet role :(

  • I can do 10 proper pull ups..And im a 14 year old

  • wow ich schaff so 25 also sind 50 nix besonderes

  • scooby 1961,"There is no excuse for a bad form"

  • @woopis what does he mean by that?

  • that thing in the corner is creepy

  • @nbaswitch123 a punch bag... :L

  • Pull-ups put a lot more stress on your arms--particularly the elbows--than chin-ups.

  • @mrsolofeo Is that bad stress such as on your joints or is it good stress to work your muscles more thoroughly?

  • @Dercommandingofficer With me. since I do have arthritis, the stress translates into pain--so it's not a good thing.

  • His breathing technique might be good for this....but it sounds like a damaged vacuum cleaner or sneezing elephant D:

  • i made of these possible 25 ..but 50 is such a great achievment

  • was für honks geben da denn bitte daumen runter?!?

  • How is he training? plz answer to me i want to do much pull ups too! i can do 15 now

  • @drifterizz

    He does pullups.

The more you do, the more you can do.

  • @drifterizz

To achieve this you will have to start looking at all round fitness and strength.

The guy in this video more than likely can do this as of a result of judo training (I assume).

A good start would be interval and circuit based training that is combined with cardio based training programs.

You should research military based fitness programs such as US marines and royal marine commando's. This would be a good start.

  • @04769aldea Nice! :)

  • wow and that after training very nice deutschland is halt king du weisssst :D

  • Wow I thought he was done at 30 reps! This dude has heart!

  • @bighands69 there is no reason for you to lie yu cant do 50 pull ups and it is hard yu are probably some fat kid

  • @Coldkidrush

I served for several years in the British Commando's and doing pull ups and sit ups are common parts of form training.

The guy in this Video did not do 50 continuous pull ups he rested in parts.

So the fifty that he has done are impressive but not competition level.

If you decided that you wanted to do 50 pull ups like this and you are in your teens or twenties you could achieve if you wanted to it all depends on your desire to do so.

  • This is not clean pull ups...

  • this is really good pull ups

Und dennoch so eine Leistung, Respekt. ;)

  • grosses klasse.

  • Now this is 50 pull ups. None of that kipping crossfit crap.

  • @bavneet

I can do 50 pull ups my self and I know of at least 10 people that can do that. It is a tough exercise to do but it is not that hard.

  • @bighands69 Bullshit.

  • @ItsStyla

Any athlete who decided to concentrate on doing pull ups like this could achieve it as a goal.

It is not impossible to achieve this as a target it is hard of course but not impossible.

I have done 10 mile swims, marathons, cross country endurance events, Mountaineering and survival technical training that is on par with this.

I know at least 10 mountaineers/climbers that could do what this guy has done in the video and yes it is impressive but not impossible.

  • Kommt der aus Leipzig?????

  • KOMMT DER AUS LEIPZIG????????

  • Sweet... i will do 50 pullups next year im half way there 26 is my max...!!!

  • @Gatecrashingsurprise 26 is really good, but i wouldn't consider 36 half way there

  • @Gatecrashingsurprise

how long did it take u to get to 26?

  • @Gatecrashingsurprise hmmm in a one year,.i dnt think so man D; 3YEARS! XD

  • thats fucking good

  • vor allem sieht der schon n bissen älter aus. respekt

  • mad respect

  • BEAST

  • Dude...beast... I can only...do 18 consecutive...MUST TRAIN

  • amazing how he can pace himself.as much mental as physical.

  • i can do that in 4 sets lol

  • what a fucking animal

  • first 30 perfect pull ups o.O

  • Mr. Bombastic..

  • absolut inspirierend

  • Nice work!

  • great effort!

  • @wadeNYC1 Well strength and weight should be proportional, so your comment counts for nothing xD

  • year german power !!!!!

  • well now I feel inadequate!

  • this guy is a badass!

  • nice and no kicking

  • i cant even do 50 with horrible UGLY ASS FORM...this guy that 1% in the world that could

  • @loveMovementJ less than 1%

  • @loveMovementJ 1% ? not even close to that, if ''just'' 1% of the world could do it, all of us would most likely know a dude who could do 50 pull-ups, i think it's more like 1 in 1 000 000

  • @ZboneWalker yeah true xD sad right?i wish people would condition there body... it does so much more then just looking good...

  • @ZboneWalker so your saying you think there is around 700 people in the world that can do a set of 50 pullups? i think that is an accurate suggestion! and i wouldnt at all be surprised if it was less then that lol

  • @kier06 Well maybe more than 700 but you get the point :D

  • @ZboneWalker agreed. but probably less than 10 people worldwide can do 50 with good form. 1% means 1 out of every 100 people

  • @clutchpromo lol if someone really wouldn't know that 1% is 1/100

  • @ZboneWalker Lol, I know that you know. But apparently not everyone does if someone thinks 1% of the world can :)

  • @loveMovementJ

    I would day 0,1%

  • @loveMovementJ here in germany he is not the 1% but the 0.whatever%

  • @loveMovementJ i cant even do 20 with horrible ass form =D I die after 10 good form ones.

  • @loveMovementJ lol these are not even near to a clean form.

  • jebany :D respect

  • impressive!

  • nice!

  • leider hat er schon von anfang an die falsche atemtechnik. aber die leistung ist top, respekt!

  • respekt für diese leistung! :D

  • holy shit! my goal is 40, im at 20 lol. insanely nice job

  • Strong Strong!

  • I am stunned,really..Nicely done,mate keep it up

  • He is like Creed from TV show "The Office"!

  • OMFG

  • fetten respeckt an dich !! mach weiter so :)

  • jebac niemcow

  • that's not even a full pull up. i was taught to go all the way up with ur chin over the bar. without looking up. u got to keep your head straight forward.

  • @tomahawkjuan Where is ut video of 50 pull ups then?

  • @tomahawkjuan

you're an idiot, that is a full pullup, you shouldnt put your chin over the bar its not good for the shoulder

  • Hats off...!

    Respect to u man....!

    u will be ma inspiration...!

  • defenitally impressive, he can axtually do "real" pullups, not those bs ones i see in every other video. next ninja warrior? i think yes

  • @anticravity Chest touching the bar? Lol have fun tearing your rotator cuff and impinging your shoulder joint..

  • Starke Leistung !

  • @anticravity That is not the definition of a pullup. A perfect pullup is hands out, dead hang between each rep, chin clearing the bar, which he did. Some of the reps toward the end you might be able to question, but his form is like 5 standard deviations above the form of the average pullup video you find on Youtube.

As someone who has plateau'd at about 25 pullups, I can appreciate what I am watching. It is very impressive.

  • and this is after doing judo this guys a beast i always do pullups after training but i cant do that many

  • Great Job !! :) rly nice !!

  • first of all that was great !!! but i was wondering what do you do with the diagonal beams ?

  • This is the only dead hang pull ups video I have found on the internet, and he did by far the most of them! The kind of will it takes to perform this, God... Herzlichen Glückwunsch, hervorragende Leistung, perfekte Form... Ich kenne wirklich wenige Leute, die so was vollziehen könnten, da geht es wirklich um Irrer-Engagement! Sehr viel Respekt!!

  • This is an amazing display of strength & endurance! By far the best pull ups with correct form on You Tube. Germany = good quality :)

  • Super!!u dann noch soviele am Stück!!-aba den booster gabs mit SHAGGY;-)

  • Haha, when the music started I was wondering if there was a black guy in the corner just chilling.. Look closely. Scared me as fuck

  • Awsome!

  • If you think you can do better than him, just upload a video of it!

  • 2:43 I bet he is over 45 years old....

I am 23 and cant even 1 pull up...

    Fuck...

  • i cant even hang on that thing for that long!

  • 2:43 the dude in blue uniform looks like c.ronaldo XD

  • @yenamarre100 pull ups are an endurance exercise, if you want to be huge you need to do bodybuilding. If you see big guys who can do lots pf pull ups, guess what., they started with a high endurance, maintained the endurance while they continued to gain muscle

  • HOLY SHIT

  • @yenamarre100 hes not huge because hes using aerobic metabolism for energy, in other words the same way long distance runners use oxygen as their primary source of energy (if you google image it long distance runners are very skinny). in order to become massive you must train high weights with low repetitions for short periods of time (usually under 15 sec).

  • @philwong89 you don't know what you're talking about. stop. now.

  • Ouch.. My back...

  • The most bad ass pull ups on youtube.

  • i just did 40

;D also hauta rein :D

  • OMFG I CAN ONLY DO 2...

  • How

  • DAMN!!!!!!!!

  • Good shit.

  • damn I'm half dead after judo sparring and would barely manage 10 pull ups

  • This guy's back must be rock solid.

  • thumbs up if you thought he will stop at 30

  • respekt!!!

  • stop moving your chin up panze , do it with just your arms! not head? i can do 50 real pull ups!

  • @ufctechnoking I bet you've already posted your 50 push up video right?

  • That's really impressive. I can only manage to do 12 :/

  • thats some fucking ownage over there ;)

  • Damn that looks hard I made it to 18 the other day. I have no idea how you could keep going after stopping to let lactic acids build up like he did. Dudes got stamina!

  • This is seriously impressive stuff mate. Legend.

  • @L0VE2TROLL Shut up you twat. This is seriously impressive, maybe one day someone will upload a video of this quality and no one will bitch and moan needlessly about it. Don't even pretend you're gonna ever upload a video of you doing anything anywhere near this impressive. You weak and sad little hater.

  • @pennthebaker Haha shut the fuck up asshole. I'm not hating on the video. All I'm saying is that it would be even more impressive if he got his whole head over the bar. And btw I've gone from only being able to do two pull ups in a row to 13 in the past 5 weeks, so I am fairly confident I could do 50 in a year if I stay on track. What the fuck are you doing that lets you talk so big, asshole?

  • @L0VE2TROLL All i'm doing is letting this guy know what he's doing is impressive. Sometimes it's nice just to support someone who's clearly worked hard at what he does instead of just trying to find faults which don't exist in order to make yourself feel better about you mediocre pull up strength. Don't be so sure about being able to do 50 in a year either, with pull ups there's a strong initial improvement then a long time plateau but if you can do it then fair play. No need to be so negative.

  • @pennthebaker Fine my bad.

  • @L0VE2TROLL

I could do 10 pull ups on my first day in the gym,3 years later,I'm only able to do 18,maybe 20 if I kept hanging on that bar and tried hard, but 50 is insane, and you will realize when you do this shit all the time.

  • @L0VE2TROLL

  • @L0VE2TROLL you are fairly confident you can do 50 pullups in a year, if you keep training consistently? you might want to reel that one back a little bit. most people can never do 50 pullups, no matter how hard they train. you did 13 and you think you can do 50? hahaha good luck getting to 25 rookie! dont drop out of school, the cheerleading team needs a good water boy!!!! seriously though, good luck with your training.

  • @smats42 If I find a camera I'll post how many I can do. Of course everyones going to be like "oh he's so skinny" but whaterver I can do about 20 on a really good day.

  • @L0VE2TROLL hey good for you 20 is awesome, even if you are "skinny". keep it up man, and when you can do 50, POST IT! if you really think you can do 50, people will want to see it, but when you boast about it before you do it people will be put off. its like saying "i just started benching and i can max 210 but im going to do 760 in a year". just saying. good luck, im cheering for you to do 50! peace

  • Great Job Perfect.

  • that is hardcore stuff

  • Er fälscht leicht ab aber trotzdem starke leistung

  • wow such an old man can do those pull ups? respect

  • Bravo on the form, numbers, everything. Everyone take note of how his shoulders basically come up to his ears. DEAD HANG BABY!

  • if you can only do 2, your in bad shape, you either have a beer belly or a back of a pussy. if you can do 10, fair shape, but might just be skinny and no strength. can do 50, WOW, impossible to do without superior strength and very low body fat.

  • ild LOVE to see him doing them with the pull up bar touching the top of his chest!!!!! like your ment to!!!!!

  • @bradrjord your actually not supposed to do that, past your chin you start straining the the ligaments in your rotary cuff, but hey its your body damage it however you please

  • Impressive! These guys are training Judo right?

  • Hahaha, getting your chin over the bar isn't important you silly know-it-all superiority complexists (why? because if you focus on getting your chin over the bar you'll put undue pressure on your spinal cord from craning your neck instead of focusing on whats really important, flexing your back and arm muscles)! Look at the ROM in his arms, thats the important part. He did a fantastic job!

  • I disagree--his chin doesn't go above the bar. So, for me it's not a true pull up. I'm a girl and I make sure chin above the bar, or I don't count I completed a pullup rep. If you're a man, I'm sure you can get your chin above bar too. These just don't go high enough..

  • @zaniellify where's the video of you doin the "True pull up", post it before you talk crap, be like here is my video these are true pullups. ill be surprise if you can do five. An btw it looks to me his chin is goin right above the bar. but /shrug

  • @zaniellify those pull ups are impressive.the guy's extraordinary and you freakin' woke up to talk sh!t. your 1 rep "high enough" pull up equals 0.

  • fantastic. That's how you do pull ups boys !!!

  • yeaaa men very strong good man!! ;)

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    HE IS STRONG!!!!!

  • breathe

  • mr. bombastik^^
