Okay. So this is how I've understood the video.

The old man has been living his life in glum and loneliness, and he goes back to the time when he was happiest thus the scene where he becomes young again and spending time with the girl who lurks the garden and everything becomes bright and colorful. The girl, in my opinion, was his lover. But she died, which is why he's been lonely for years. Then he's nearing death and his heaven is the garden where all is beautiful like before.
