There IS one trick and one only to win 100m. POWER IN THE LEGS. Say you can sprint you can't sprint IF YOU DONT HAVE POWER. THats my only problem Does anyone have any tips? 0-60m I AM GOING TOP SPEED but then 60- 100 I start to pull down, 13 years old I have big stride fastest time. 12.28

@nepovjerenje you actually start to slow down after the 60 meter mark anyway in a 100 but the best thing to do is just do training sessions with longer lengths such as 200 metres or 150s + build your upper body up aswell for when you power out of the blocks

@LDCSDD1 Yeah dude! I got the advice a little while ago:) But yeah I did work on building my body up with swimming and stuff, Now I have a much better start and stronger pull. First track meet two weeks away, ran a 11.89 electronic watch practice, cant wait to see how I do this year

You guys are CRAZY if you think you can run that fast! Even if you really can run 100m in 10 or 11 seconds, there is no way you guys could ever shave an entire SECOND off of that time! If you are running it as fast as you can, you will probably NOT be able to shave off that much time. No one really believes you... we have some FAST people on our high school track team but they CANNOT run that fast and never will and neither will any of you. this is incredible!
