It is just an entry level kit by the name of "Pro Beat", but it has a pretty good thud to it...lol, the cymbals are cheapies,the snare is a 12" Tama and the bass pedal is an entry level single pedal(look close, no double bass pedal)

You should buy a Mapex kit, they are affordable and have just as much of a professonal sound as Pearl. Cymblas I gotta agree, they are expensive, good drumming to you!
