You can uninstall IE 9 via the "Programs and Features" Control Panel app.

However, instead of rolling back to a more bloated browser, there is a "compatibility view" button at the top. If the website does not display properly because it is "not compatible" with IE 9, then click that button (located in the address bar, next to the "stop" button), and poof, it is now compatible.

Any program can give your problems, but Internet Explorer 8 gives less problems (and automatically fixes most problems) than any other browser. You do not have to install updates, you may click I do not want to participate, but you will have to restart the computer sometime soon so you can use Internet Explorer 8 once it is finished installing.

Yes. You can install this, as long as you use Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. It DOES NOT matter which browser you use to download this.

You do NOT have to download Google Chrome in order to still watch Youtube videos. Youtube wants you to download it, though, because they are with Google. You can use any browser, though.

So, to answer your question in a simple manner, yes, you can install this program. And yes, you will still be able to watch Youtube videos.

These are so comlex to install, and there are so many variables when you install an OS.

If I was to do one for Linux, there are many different variants of Linux, such as Red Hat Linux, Puppy Linux, Ubuntu, Xubuntu, etc.

Installation of Operating Systems should only be done if you are very experienced with technology. Even if I did one, I would still recommend that only advanced computer users do such a thing.
