This is the gun used by the British armed forces :) Which is part of the SA80 family and is a Upgraded version of the L85 - This gun is standard issue and has been since 1987, Pure British engineering - Only the best ( Don't hate on this comment too much Americans )

@SwazSXI I've shot it, and variants of it (L86 LSW, L98A1 and L98A2), they are nothing special. Hold it too strongly with your left hand and you bend the barrel.

Pointable, yes. Compact, yes.

Only the best? Definitely not.

As for the pure British engineering claim, it took H&K (Germans) to make it work as it was intended.

In the next few years it will get some nice new Canadian optics, and various US-made accessories.

It's fun and it IS battle-proven, but it's not the best.

Interesting fact about this weapon it is a British rifle derived from the SA80 family of light machine guns. That should explain the feel of it.

@DeeJaysWord i think you would the real L85A2 dominates in acuracy at range so its nice to see realism in the guns but this gun with grip + silencer just eliminates recoil giving you the ability to go full auto on someones ass at amazing distance in my opinion the best gun in the game

really? i love the famas, it's got a great fire rate and the recoil isn't as bad as the AEK-971, still very managable in my opinoin. The only problem i have with the L85A2 is the fire rate, it shoots rounds so slowly that i always end up losing a gun battle or having the enemy turn around and kill me first; guess i will have to try harder.

i assure you this gun is good gun, it has high damage, good rate of fire, and no BS from other players if you used the FAMAS, this gun takes real skill to unlock, and is friggin great for people who like steady guns with good accuracy and high damage

Pwn does have a point about enjoying the simplier things. When I was younger in the hood, there was a sign on my apartment building and I made a game out of it. Basically it would be me and my friends and we will have a ball. We'll start up very close from the sign, the point of the game was to hit the sign in order to go farther back. Since we couldnt go in the street, the curb would be the farthest we could go..if you made you win! but if u missed a shot u had to go back one space. #Best Game!

I dunno about you, but I'd like to see you with a group of friends or fans playing team style. That's what it's about in this game. Get some fans, make a premade quad or quads, and go at it militairy style. Might be good to learn/teach some tactics that are usefull and stuff like that.
