Slow lifts, based on the training techniques that will let you train until you get old...No running around /aerobics/ with weights. Great way to blow your gasket that way. Still compete in strongman, but carefully:)
I tried the two hand anyhow- the bar is the hard part. I did it with a dumbell- which involes bending very low as compared with the kettle ball. Too bad you didnt get the ball up.
