Another Tip - While you're waiting for hot water, put some type of container under the water until the water finally turns hot. Instead of having all the cold water go down the drain, you can use it to water plants and etc. ^__^

Water rains down from the sky so its eternal! you know when water becomes steam its pure and when it rains back down its clean and that water can be your piss and it doesent make a diffrence it comes down clean unless its going thro some industrial gas then its not.
