  • its a Toyota woldent be surprised if this happens.

  • Lol this is America! Land of the road rage and speeding! We all do!

  • his last name explains it all

  • i would look into who this "average driver" is before even believing his story, he could have easily been lying

  • I'm not defending Toyota, but this guy is one helluva contradictory piece of art.

  • Nice 2000 cases!!!

Safety analysts found an estimated 2000 cases in which owners of Toyota cars including Camry, Prius and Lexus, reported that their cars surged without warning up to speeds of 100 miles per hour.

  • Toyota admitted this was a problem!!!

A fix is in the works in the next few days for the 2.3 million Toyotas under recall, according to the automaker. Why would they recall 2.3 million if it was not a problem!! Hello people wake up!! Toyota & Honda suck Remember 911

Ford- $10 million to American Red Cross

GM- $10 million to American Red Cross

Honda- Nothing despite boasting of second best sales ever in August 2001

Toyota-Nothing despite claims of high sales in July and August 2001.

  • There's no even evidence how the police stopped the car?

That was the part i wanted to see.

  • As much as I respect people and certainly don't find it funny when someone's life is at risk, I think all the acceleration issues could be resolved in emergency by turning the engine off (in case of the Prius, that means pushing the start button for a while).

  • this news station should be sued for airing CLAIMS by anybody.

  • You really try hard to sell more american crap cars against Toyota. But the only thing it does it makes Americans look like bigger idiots than we ever hoped in europe...

  • Jim Sikes "ballon boy" Scam

look at his Jacket it says "Corvette Owners Club San Diego"

a GM corvette Lover speaking bad about TOYOTA

    somethings fishy !

  • ...wouldn't you just put the car in neutral?

  • @vehlajatt22 well of course you would put it in neutral, and of course he's lying. you almost can't expect anyone to be that ignorant... but then look at the comments people are leaving here about a prius having anything to do with sexual preference. Idiocy exemplified.

  • prius is a gay car anyway lol.

  • I don't think you could lie about that.

  • funny how all these American made Toyotas all of the sudden have so many problems after the US Government purchased GMC, is the government trying to get rid of it's foreign competitors? What next BMW's and Benz's will become inferior to Ford and Chevy's?

  • i've got the same problem with my bicycle.

  • i hop you die old man

  • @neejhmoo88 prius's are gay spaceships, and you like prius, therefore you are gay, one must have taken you aboard and given you an anal probe

  • Poor man, he must be scared. He should sue Toyota for this.

  • i take back my last...he is looking for "deep pockets, nothing more

  • Sikes needs to be water boarded. The truth needs to be forced out of this scam artist. Who paid you to do this, Sikes ?

  • PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL YOU IGNORANT FUCK. your sooo stupid.

  • @dshea3090 he's dumb enough to buy a fagmobile he's probably too dumb to put the car in anything except drive

  • 0:30 - Homo idiotus, subspecies Americanus Californicus (no offence - also exist idiotus europaeus, africanus, asiaticus) Period!

  • I think this is just bullshit. Car's even with much bigger engines than Prius (remember, it's an ecological car with a small engine) can stop within reasonable range EVEN WHEN THE GAS PEDAL IS PRESSED ALL THE WAY DOWN. In fact, I've read a test where this thing has been tested scientifically. It also proves my believes.

  • umm... Hmm Its called putting the car in NEUTRAL and depressing the BRAKE PEDAL.. Yea the car wouldnt accelerate after that... stupid people i swear. so helpless.

  • I'm not sure they're stupid or something else against Toyota is going on.

Are they in any other issues with the gooberment? Looks like a setup as Sykes was not very credible; watch his eyes in the closeup interview.

  • @doriftosil13 actually, if you listen to his 9-1-1 tape call, the operator BEGS for him to put it into neutral and/or shut it off over the course of 23 minutes, but he "conveniently" doesn't hear her. hmm... do you know how the officer got him to stop? he told him to press the brake and press the off button. sikes said that he was afraid to put it into neutral because he was afraid the car might flip over. very fishy indeed...

  • stupid old man

  • Great way to get out of a speeding ticket... Blame the sudden acceleration.

  • After reading the CHP report here is the explanation:

After driving out of control for 20 minutes, the car became very controllable, even with worn out brakes, as it was about to hit the patrol car? I think Sykes lost his nerve, when his car was closing up against the patrol car and ended his deception.

CHP officer report: the Prius came to a stop by itself

  • Jeesh, is this posted somewhere?

    Setup for what though? Lawsuits?

  • To the American

    Right pedal = accelerator pedal

    Left pedal = brake pedal

Ask the mama the right and the left.

  • Sikes wins the Academy Award for best actor in a fictional action movie.

--- Total fake. Total fraud. ---

Sikes bided enough time for the news meda to arrive by ignoring the 911 operator's clear instructions to stop the Prius. Was Sikes looking for a book deal or the talk show circuit? Was he a paid operative by Government Motors (GM) to help shift buyers to GM? Sikes needs to take a lie detector test. His bank accounts need to be monitored for any sudden inflow of a huge cash deposit.

  • @junkie4vids It's pretty much coming apart for this guy. He's gone into hiding, more evidence is coming out saying that what he claims couldn't have happened, his less than honest past is being discussed, making him far from trustworthy. I guess he thought Toyota was going to rollover on this and give him a bunch of money, but it doesn't appear that's going to happen.

  • This guy is a complete idiot and a Pansy who shouldn't be driving anything!

  • this is hilarious lol

  • A prius didnt ZOOM to any fucking thing.

  • What an idiot.

  • What if james sikes wins his case?

I believe others will follow his bad ass ways. Any body ever thought about Toyota closing their plants across America to make up for their loses. How many jobs will be lost? We all have to take a stand to prevent this from happening.

  • Japanese Auto makers employ about 50,000 Americans in low wage basic factory jobs. But if Toyota loses a big share of its American Market because they can't get their cars here tax free anymore, then Ford and GM can really take a big market back making more jobs than were lost with Toyota I think.

  • What if james sikes wins his case?

I believe others will follow his bad ass ways. Any body ever thought about Toyota closing their plants across America to make up for their loses. How many jobs will be lost? We all have to take a stand to prevent this from happening.

  • muffin anyone???

  • Shifting into neutral while controlling the car is too difficult? Yet making a call on a cell phone while controlling the car is not?

  • Can you say balloon boy?

  • This is from investigators report. I am gonna copy and paste.

Data from on-board computers indicated that Sikes had applied the brakes and gas pedal, alternately, at least 250 times during the incident.

  • Toyota is trying to discredit him as a means of damage control because they told him his car didn't need to be recalled. Shady.

  • This red neck is a hell of a poor actor and a great liar i think he is trying to discredit toyota and make better sales for the other auto giants.all this liar got was to let people know what kind of dumb jerk he really is.I got a 2009 toyota XRS and I doubt I'll ever bye another one because I think there is a software issue and toyota won't admit it. but lieing about the way the cars are working will only slow down the real fix because its only going to send everyone on a wild goose chase.

  • @bernie19991 ok there, i used to like toyota but now i say fuck it

  • World news just reported that this dude is a liar!!!! specialists have found a huge amount of discrepancies in his story and look at him - he looks like a douche

  • This is from investigators report. I am gonna copy and paste.

Data from on-board computers indicated that Sikes had applied the brakes and gas pedal, alternately, at least 250 times during the incident.

  • @TruongTrieu ok then what ever u say....

  • This is from investigators report. I am gonna copy and paste.

Data from on-board computers indicated that Sikes had applied the brakes and gas pedal, alternately, at least 250 times during the incident.

  • @darky821

Now Toyota is saying that he was applying the brakes TOO lightly for all those miles. And that's what wore away the brakes. They were down to the metal.

Toyota is managed by a bunch of weird people.

  • This man in a lier! I can see it in his eyes ....hes probably the ballon's boys father best friend.... MF!!!

  • Comment removed

  • This man is completely lying. If you listen carefully to his body language and story, it is clearly a concocted story. He is not very good at lying at all. He looks like a total fool. Shifty eyes, red face, looking down, lots of "uums". Total lie 100 percent.

  • Also his horsesh*t story about not being able to shift into neutral because of being to distracted with driving the car. Yet he can make a phone call on his cell while driving it! LOL

  • You are right.. this guy is just jumping on the smell of deep pockets.. they need to give this guy and anyone else a lie detector test and start puttin these wannbes away..

  • @proconsulaugustus I have a theory... Maybe he intended to modify the car to make it so it has problems...

  • THIS MAN IS A TOTAL LIAR!

  • Prius

What does a Toyota Prius sound like when it drives by?

    IIII'mmmm gay

What does a Toyota Prius sound like when it idles?

    Homo Homo Homo

    - Jeff Dunham

  • He told the 911 operator he would not shift his car into neutral.....this is clearly out and out fraud! His lawyer is now saying that he does not want to sue Toyota.....yeah, now that he's suspected of pulling a scam on toyota to pay of his debts..... this story does not pass the smell test and the local DA and Toyota should go after him!

  • beggar

  • he is not saying the truth.

    nothing more than liar.

    it's all about money.

    Shame on you.

I believe that most of people in U.S

will try to find out what the truth is .

  • Community:

It was suggested to the runaway Prius driver to put the car in neutral, or turn of the ignition, or even put the car in reverse. I ask you: If you were in the same position, would do either of the above, KNOWING that all steering control or the engine, would have locked up and rendered the car inoperable. Even if the car did slow down eventually, without the aid of the steering, grave consequences would have been inevitable. I do agree with the driver for not doing the above.

  • @eddyvideostar Sorry, cars do still steer with the ignition off. no one told him to turn the car all the way off and remove the key, he was simply told to turn the ignition off.

  • Where is the media when the truth comes out about this asshole.

  • test

  • Now that the media opened the info line, Honda received a bulletine from Toyota regarding faulty electrical sensor on othe electric accelration. The sensor shorts causing the vehicle to speed up. Pressing the brakes does not help neither does trying to shift the car into neutral. Transmissions are electronically controlled too. Shifting does not work, and neither does turning the car off because of a fail safe that they installed without a back up.

  • why hate? Ow, coz u was born in USA ofcoz.

  • DarwinsFriend dosn't know jack about the break system on a prius or the actual curb weight on one. if you have a prius do one simple experiment. hit the gas pedal while you are driving, while holding the gas pedal down hit the brake pedal. and once you do that please post your findings on here so this Moran knows what the car did. when the brake pedal is applied it over-rides the gas pedal. and the car engine actually shuts down. and the generator starts regenerative breaking process

  • The curb weight on a 2010 is 2,936 pounds. Next.

  • FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • why does this kinda shit only happen in California? he hit 90 and didn't run into traffic? i hear that guy is in a lot of debt. and a few months behind on his car note. so what better way to get out of this situation then to fake a sticking gas pedal. one problem that's a completely different car and gas pedal. i hope toyota sues him and the media for slander and spreading disinformation and giving ideas to idiots like this guy. this guy should go to jail for his stunt

  • Turn the ignition off, genius.

  • This guy is just like the balloon man

  • This guy is a total dooshbag and should have his liscence revoked. Put it in Nuetral genius!

  • It's raining and i am bored, so i am gonna google (James Sikes) the drive of the runaway prius..

So far he have been contacts over 13 meida included Larry King Live.

Jame Sikes filed for bankruptcy in 2008 over $700,000 in debt.

James Sikes owns Adult Swinger Site call AdultSwingLife. com

Sikes had a motor home, Mercedes Benz, and Dodge Truck repossessed.

Sikes behind by five months payments on the 2008 Toyota Prius.

  • i got an idea ....PUT THE FUCKING CAR IN NEUTRAL DUMBASS!!!!

  • Toyota Prius, dont get me wrong, its a nice car, but what if i want a car with no electra, computers, hi tech, gadgets etc, etc..

What if i want a car that drives on petrol, takes me from A to B, nothing more nothing less..

My question: Can one still buy a car without all that shit?

  • Yes - I drive one every day - it's a 1965 Chevelle - with a Mr. Goodwrench 350 engine, with a 36,000 mile warranty.

A Prius sees me coming in his rear view mirror and heads for the shoulder.

  • buy a romania made DACIA from Renault

  • Just when we started to trust computers hehe.

  • -this news report failed to mention that mr.Sikes just left his lawyers office (the same lawyer who filed suit against Toyota last week for wrongful death of that family driving a lexus)...

-also Mr.Sikes is in debt/bankrupcy and owes 700K, and was 6 months behind on that prius....

-Mr. sikes said he does not want to sue (WTF, why not sue?), and all he wants is a new car from TOYOTA (WTF is wrong with this guy?).

-also Mr.sikes is part of a corvette owners club, he has track experience......

  • The chance that someone taxed to drink by Congress will be drunk driving causing an accident in your Toyota car before an accident by sudden acceleration!

  • The posts here on You Tube are so much better than the media. this thing stunk from the begining...who decided this was a story for national tv??????

  • 16 people died from Toyota sudden accelerations.

45,000 die from drunken driver, reckless and negligent drivers.

Tax the 45,000 drunkers because they have money to drink and ask them to drink more to raise taxes.

Use the tax to save USA from sudden acceleration by people who do not know how to drive but have political friends!

  • Toyota shouldn't get a free ride because these drivers were supposedly at fault.

    They sold a defective product.

They should get what they deserve for doing so and if that means having their reputation soiled - so be it.

Using drunken driver caused highway deaths in comparison to a defective product is simply fucking stupid.

  • More and More sudden accelerations looks like stupid people who don't know how to drive and are friends of politicians.

Tax the drunks to fund saving society from sudden acceleration by idiot friends of politicians!

  • OMFG....He has time to DIAL 911 but he can't put the car in NUETRAL?? He doesn't pull the EMERGENCY BRAKE?? And turn the F'ing key OFF?? Give me a break....he is an idiot.

  • cobaltss, since when is placing a toyota engine in a lower gear going to damage it. Heck my Toyota has a red-line of over 6500 RPM, that means 90 in 2nd gear with 2 more gears to go!! In a GM that CobaltSS that cannot rev pass idle speed dropping into low gear may cause damage!

  • Modern cars have brakes that cannot be over-powered by the engine. Examples Car and Driver did a test with a Roush Stage 3 Mustang with 540 Hp and was able to bring it to stop with the accelerator mashed to the floor full acceleration. They also did a test with a V6 Camry and mashed the accelerator to the floor and applied the brakes, the car stopped in approx 450 ft! Full acceleration both cases! Modern cars can exert more than 1000 lb-ft of braking force. Bull to Politicians

  • Basic physics lession:

A car at a certain speed can be stoped by its normal braking system. A car that is travelling at nearly 200 feet per second can not.

Employ a basic surface feet per second (rotor diameter x Pi x SFPS) equasion and you'll discover the contact between the pads and the rotor quickly rises to over 1,200 degrees F with even a 3,000 pound vehicle.

    FAIL.

  • So a theoretical physics equation trumps a real-life test? That's a little worrying.

Edmund's Inside Line has also done two real-life tests using a Mazda 6 and a Toyota Prius. Both cars were able to be stopped when a stuck throttle situation was simulated with complete ease through applying the brakes and other methods.

  • Review Mr. Sikes statement and 5 independent systems had to fail.

    1) Accelerator stuck, engine runs away.

    2) Brakes didn't work,

    3) Transmission failed to disconnect engine from drive wheel in Neutral.

    4) Emergency brakes failed and did not stop the car.

    5) Ignition failure to disable the engine.

Only the American Congress would believe 5 independent system can fail, bring him before congress to testify.

...or subpeona him to a grand jury, humiliate him and toss him in jail!

  • Actually - only one of those systems you mentioned is truly independent: The emergency brake.

All the others are controlled by the vehicles ECU.

    Please educate yourself before posting.

    FAIL.

  • Google (forbes sikes hoax) and find out what happen and why he did it.

  • I'm American, but the fact is, we obviously can't make cars, electronics, or anything as realiable as the Japs. The future will reveal there was never anything wrong with Toyota. It's like the Y2K computer fiasco, a bunch a hype without any truth.

  • The Actual words that James Sucks Bigtime was intended to say in the news interview :

' The acceleration pedal was stuck in my Ass I could not see it. But I was Happy it was there. "

The Police officer Bless his Soul Helped to Pull it out with his teeth. Because of that I was truly Happy."

  • put it in neutral. pretty simple

  • @GabeD121 yeah, but if he put the car in neutral the car stop he not gonna be on TV.

  • or put it in a lower gear which will ruin the transmission or the engine

  • james sikes: i won't drive that car again unless they give me plenty of money, period!!!

  • Where did all of Mr Sikes supporters go??? When this story first came to light, there was about a 50/50 split between people who thought he was an idiot/fraud and people who thought this guy was another 'victim' of toyota's death traps. I'm not saying toyota doesn't have some recall issues or problems, but this was clearly NOT one of them. Forbes magazine just posted an excellent article about this story and presents the facts very clearly. Google 'forbes sikes hoax'

  • Another thing that NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT that every case of these alleged sudden acceleration issues involve a driver driving into a ditch or into a wall of some sort. Where are the reports of runaway Toyotas slamming into pedestrians and other cars? There are no cases of this because if you are trying to pull a scam you better not injure or kill someone or damage and destroy another persons property because if you lose you are in BIG TROUBLE. More proof that this is all a media created SCAM.

  • Molybed1 > "Another thing that NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT that every case of these alleged sudden acceleration issues involve a driver driving into a ditch or into a wall of some sort."

So the Lexus crash in San Diego, with the CHP officer - in which four people perished - was that a media created scam too?

  • @DarwinsFriend No the lexus issue was the wrong floor mats

  • And your proof of that (I've read the entire 29 page police report)?

  • he wants to make money out of toyota's problem

  • @stoneroses13

Is that why he announced that he wasn't suing them?

  • @DarwinsFriend:

because he realized that his stunt is not convincing that's why he will not sue them

  • Maybe. That's fairly logical.

  • What is it about these California drivers. They all know how to work their cell phone, but don't know how to shut their car off. I'd be so busy getting the car shut off, I wouldn't have time to call anyone and have a conversation.

  • Yeah yeah yeah Corvette Owner's Club member can drive car PROFESSIONALLY for 23 minutes WHILE distracted ON THE CELL PHONE with 911 and CAN'T GET CAR STOPPED, can't press down power button for 3 seconds, can not put car at officer's request into a Neutral and can;t simply use a parking brake or just press the brake pedal down hard. Funny? NOT! He's a liar who's in debts. What a great case to sue Toyota's ass, become famous, attend TV shows, give interviews, etc.. In other words to cash in

  • And again, why would he say he's not going to sue them?

  • @DarwinsFriend So the issue could be settled outside the court

  • So Toyota is going go through all the hassle of saying, first, it was the floor mats, second, it was sticky accelerator pedals, and then fold for this guy and strike him a check? Ooooookay.

  • I'm starting to think this was a failed suicide attempt. Its now come out in the news that he's heavily in debt and pretty desperate financially. I'm sure the visit to the toyota dealership a few weeks earlier infuriated him, so i'm sure he thought he'd get even by adding fuel to the fire by having a second death recorded on a 911 call while driving a toyota. If it wasn't a failed suicide attempt, i'm sure after the truth comes out and he's made out to be a liar, he'll wish he were dead.

  • @johnsmithy12345 Nope,. The guys is pussy. While I agree that visiting Toyota dealership has infuriated him he's a coward who tried to make some bucks and repay Toyota for the anger. Now he's OWNED!

  • @ llslk This isn't the first youtube video I've watched about this "out of control prius". If you watch the associated press video it says that the CHP officer drove next to him, told him to put it in neutral, and after he did...nothing happened! It still accelerated out of control. Toyota fails at life.

  • @aceballos119

    Exactly.

  • If you put the car in neutral wouldn't the engine explode? Or at least red line.

  • This guy is purely a MORON.. all he had to do was put it NEUTRAL.. NO MATTER WHAT. It's the first thing you learn before driving a car.

It's all a big conspiracy, either he was paid by GM to pull the stunt or he is trying to make a moron of him.

  • ALL TOYOTA/Lexus ARE POSSIBLE DEATH CABS!!!!

IMO toytota has probably been hiding these problems for sometime now to save cash.

  • @starznstrips

And now it's going to burn their ass.

  • I call bullshit on this old prick.

  • It is all about money, how they get it makes no difference.

I had problems with my old Dodge Dakota for many years. The car would die in traffic a few times, it was a problem with rusting electrical splices. I was without brakes once and almost got into an accident. But I was never interviewed by media; all I wanted was to get the truck fixed. I am glad my new Dakota is really a Mitsubishi. I have no problems at all!

  • how do GM compete withe the world best selling car?

easy, just find a way to destroy their reputation and cause fear!

  • I have a pirus, i wanna be famous like jim.

  • Seriously, Toyota has admitted problems, not only in USA but Japan as well.

But this story, i dont know..seems weird all of it. Somehow doubt a Prius would do 94mph with full brake.

And from what i understood this modell was not subject to the accelerator problem.

  • typical humans its never their fault ....always somthing else.....lol

  • Don't believe this guy?

Do a youtube search for "recall my prius"

to see which computer industry titan is experiencing a similar problem.

  • Steve Wozniak is having a problem when he operates his cruise control, and accelerates with it. The cruise control just keep accelerating until he taps the brakes and cancels it altogether.

This has nothing to do with what Sikes is claiming, which involves multiple system failures, especially the brake override.

Have you noticed that people/news do mention the CHP officer tragedy and the congressional testimony, and not Woz's problem? Did you think you were uniquely S-M-R-T?

  • Outstanding!

  • GM behind this. What a conspiracy theory. They hijacked TM software.

    Here's a better one.

Maybe it was the Oil companies. Makes more sense.

Mad at Toyota for selling all those hybrids.

  • Maybe - just maybe, you're an idiot?

  • Not saying govt is perfect. far from it. but some of you are off your rocker.or living out in the woods somewhere eatin squirrel and drinking from a river.

  • anyone is out of touch enough to bring up FDIC They are a corp. couldn't even begin to handle a catastrophe of that nature.

So you can thank the big bad boogie man govt for that.

And if AIG went down lot of your banks would have went down too Guess Uncle Sam should have just stayed out of it. Hate Uncle Sam America

    until you need him right.

  • To all those people who say its impossible to put this car in neutral at highway speeds, leftlanenews just posted a video on youtube demonstrating how easily its done. Check it out before you post that its impossible, or that the computer locks you out. Or that your car will flip like my Sikes said. Please know the facts before you post.

  • @johnsmithy12345

You can put your car in neutral but that doesn't bring it to a stop. Easy? Ok Dale Earnhardt Jr..

Actually there are Toyota drivers that have done this successfully. They notice the accel prob and throw it into neutral and the car continues to rev rpms. there's a guy that was experiencing this and was able to get the car to the Toyta dlrship and the mechanics there were dumbfounded what was happening.

  • Was government bad when they saved banks?Guess they could have just let them fail and we'd be Nicaragua and just tell people their money is gone.

Know how many people have investments with AIG? A lot. Guess they could have just said sorry we're broke your account is zero.

  • This guy is full of shit, an attention seeker. He stepped out of his car and made a prepared statement.

  • The bigger the gov. gets, the more dangerous it will become. This is why the gov. SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED INTO PRIVATE BUSINESSES . The gov. has no clue how to make better cars, they only know how to lie, deceive and steal from the public/taxpayers. So, instead of building better cars, Government Motors resorts to smearing the competition. Will they get away with it? I dont think so because the American people are smarter than the gov. thinks they are.

  • Ballon Boy version2! The whole thing smell fishy. Maybe US automakers behind it...

  • it is impossible for the accelerator to get stuck on the Prius, theres a brake override system that makes it impossible for acceleration while brakes are being applied.

  • Any electronic system with computer controlled inputs and sensors can inexplicably fail - at any moment.

    Example? Your Windows driven computer.

  • Get these pieces of junk off the road,NOW!!! All of them!

I don't want my family subjected to an out of control piece of crap coming at our car doing 100mph and killing my family!

Everyone subjected to these pieces of crap on the road, needs to file a massive class action law suit against this negligent company for being subjected to emotional distress when seeing one of these unsafe cars on the highway !

They only care about profits, like the health insurance industry, not people!

  • too all of the people crying conspiracy let me ask you this, why did akio toyoda announce in public that he is very sorry for toyotas mistakes and then procede too weep in public on national tv, is this the act of an innocent man? if so then is it a lie too?

  • ooh, not true, "switch off car - put it in neutral" this is highly dangerous on many cars as the steering and braking system are often electronic, ergo if you switch off the enging you risk not being able to brake nor steer at all ! Never put it in neutral either when driving as you will have no traction in the wheels when turning. Drive safe y'all

  • You don't know what you're talking about.

  • dipshit is too stupid to put the car in neutral

  • In my BMW the gas gets stuck because that's the way I like it =P

  • I checked my Camry Hybrid and found that by simply putting the car in neutral, the gas will be blocked and there will be no further power despite being in cruise control or under full acceleration The Prias driver , when told to put the car in neutral ignored the 911 operator. Very convenient.. Sounds like someone wants out of his lease. The TV news should not pass judgement without all the facts assembled.

  • HAHAHAHAHA a prius can't do 94 mph!!!

  • I am just curious, there are more and more claims about the accelerators out of control, would some people use this type of problems, and try to gain some money out of it? Do you know what i mean? They can just crash the car and say oh the accelerator was stuck or something. It's just my curiosity.

  • another GM conspiracy
