From what I heard you DID pay your bill, but they took other monies and you just want to know what for, am I correct? bldjr7 owns his own company ..what company do you own bldjr7?
you are assuming he was trying to intimidate this woman but at no time in this video did he raise his voice or try to intimidate any persons in the office, im starting to think you work for them or that was your mom,maybe even a wife.
I think this is a great video and glad they got it on here, I will be checking my bill every month for MISTAKES, that are clearly made by this company, and also if she is the director of operations she should be able to see all bills, I have called about my bill, and the front desk person tells me about mine, so in my opinion this worker is either lying or won't do her job, all this guy was asking is what am I paying for (power) but the amout is his question.

B.S. Im in business and I know his type he thinks that if he makes a big enough fuss he'll get he way. He is looking for something for nothing or trying to buy some more time. you need to stop judging and listen clearly to what is being said, he is asking her for information on where the money went he payed bluewater power, if your in business you should know when a customer payes them and they feel swindled, you need to tell them where there money went...RIGHT???? this is so funny I was in the Blue Water power to discuss my bill. I had no idea that there was lady in the office with a video phone recording the meeting , man am I glad she was . this company has lie and and been out right rude to me .

You idiot at 7:30 your lady friend said that she got it on video and you verified that she did. You had no idea that a woman was recording the meeting? Take your head out of your ass !
