Convert videos with FFMPEG and WinFF

@ImCausingTraumaZ Do you have ffmpeg installed, along with extra codecs?

You need a lot of codecs to convert files well.

Also, I'd recommend converting it to an avi, things don't convert well when you convert it to an mp4 or mov.
