Well done to Joan! She is amazing. IF she has had plastic surgery (which I very much doubt) it's VERY HARD to tell. I'd love to see the likes of some of the stars of today when they're 75. At least Joan has shared her secrets with the world. She may have been lucky to be born beautiful, but with effort, she has maintained much of her natural beauty, unlike many of the botoxed stars of today.

joan collins the spf she has always worn i believe it has worked...she was late 40's when she started dynasty and she looked far too young there...if she'd been having surgery since the 70's (if it existed then) you'd know about it now! very few pics you can actually see she has alot of wrinkles that make up usually cover up.

Joan did a one woman show 2 years ago in the uk all over the uk it was a sell out the people going to it was mixed 19 year olds old woman men, daughters and mothers single men, men with there wifes young guy guys and it was a sell out what other 73 year old could have did that? she was talking all about her life it was amazing

I admire Joan because I think she is youthful and classy, and has sought to project star quality not through the surgeon's knife but through hair, make-up (which she's very honset about) and knowing how to look for the camera. She has a beautiful smile. And, Ultraplus, if Joan were talentless I don't think she would still be getting work, drawing crowds and winning awards at 75! God Bless You Joanie

In response to ultraplus1 - shame you're so narrow visioned about the clothes, wig and make-up! Joan is a star! She takes the time and makes the effort to live up to that star status. More than anyone I know. Some 20 yr old so-called starlets couldn't even begin to understand what hard work and dedication means to be a real star 24/7.

what do you say me about Sophia Loren? she is only 1 year younger than Joan Collins, Did u see her(Sophia Loren) Cinema Festival of Rome, her look is amazing, she has elegance, charm, style, is tall 1,76cm, 61kg, and too much famous than Joan, she has 2 oscars and all the important cinema awards. But I love Joan, I think is beautiful and with Sophia is the only older 70 sexy women in the world.

Sophia is also amazing and may even be a better actress (certainly, she's more critically acclaimed) but I think Joan has more charisma and star quality, and a much better sense of humour than Loren. Joan is an absolute goddess and an inspiration to others - women AND men. She is a role model who's shown that hard work, tenacity and a positive attitude really do pay off. She is also a beacon of sanity in an ageist society and as such, a hero to anyone who's getting older, i.e. all of us!
