Make sure you add the DTD, or no skilled web designer will ever recommend your videos. There are too many exploits and security vulnerabilities on pages that don't have DTD.

You're supposed to use classes when you have similar types throughout your content. For example, maybe you have an image type that is 'large image', so you use the 'large image' class; also, you can have a 'small image' class. If you're going to have just one image styled a special way, you should use an id: #image_a, #image_b; .image_type_a; .image_type_b....

Thanks, All this starting to make more sense. Your CSS styling positioned the picture correctly but will it deal with text flow, I think I would need to float my image to handle the text flow.

Don't use fixed positions. Use like 10% or 68% it'll fit to any resolution.

As a decent HTML/CSS/Javascript programmer personally unless im working on a complicated website i don't change my positioning. To keep your website proportional and not look like crap i would have your website width as a percentile, and your height as a fixed number. Which is to say nice and simple and usually works very well.

...would have been better instead of absolutely positioning the div because if the person wanted to add more content like text, then the image will go over that content.

Best to not to use absolute positioning unless totally necessary. :)
