Is that really meant to go THAT high? I've looked around a bit in youtube and found videos about this subject having much lower frequencies...
The thing is that when I meditate, I like to chant the specified sounds to each chakra and I decided to try and chant the correct pitch too and that's a little to high for me.
The whole thing to me barely makes sense. They're numbers. Then someone decided to turn them into "frequencies". I don't think they had instruments to measure frequencies back in the day when these said "sacred codes" were written. Can anyone tell me something that makes sense? Or is this whole thing garbage?
@samuelmichaud - I hope the one day you give up the need to "make sense" of it and just give it a try. Listen to a few uploaded frequency/tone progs on a subject of interest to you. Listen and just let it affect you. Feel it. They were meant to be experienced. After you have done this, the experience will make sense and so will the thoughts you have about it afterword. That is, if you give it a sincere try.
@baszsiejj You may have played the sound to loud. But a common factor with what you mentioned is that you brain many not use to the new frequency stimulation & this is like going on a new piece of gym equipment & your body being a bit stiff or painful.
@tiger7234 I can't see your initial comment, but maybe this will answer your question. My would with the solfeggio & binaural beats is like meditation & a mind gym combined & if you feel any strain, it's a sign to take a little break. If you go to the gym for you body you don't stop when you muscles are sore you just cut it back a little. Apply the same to my audio & remember to always play the volume soft to medium. Can anyone tell me where the research from this comes from? Where did they find these frequencies and what is to make us believe that they have the effect they're purported to have? If the frequencies were "lost," how were they found again? It also seems odd to me that they're all whole numbers. Are these the real frequencies or did someone just round them to the closest digit?

Quite honestly, all I can say is that when I was able to just observe the gunk (dreams, thoughts, etc.) without identifying with them, they were easy to let go. The other day I have listened to Solfeggio frequencies and then when I slept thereafter, I had lucid, shocking dreams. I was also talking in my sleep, really loud.
@forestnymph02 Our dreams can be like the De-fragmentation of our biological computer. You may have stimulated some blockage that came out a little strange. I would not fear. I have started to be able to control my lucid dreaming into a direction that I wish. Recently I did this with a conversation during a lucid dream, it was amassing. Neurological growth can sometimes on very rear occasions be uncomfortable much like working out at a gym. As the mind becomes stronger it becomes resilient.
@forestnymph02 I, too, have had the same reaction and/or experience during sleep since listening as well. It has become very disturbing and I am concerned that my neighbors can hear me which is also somewhat embarrassing. I would much prefer to sleep peacefully and not sound so alarming.

I've always wondered, the effects that these tones is supposed to have is based on vibration which are wave forms right. Well, we're listening to these in compressed, bitmapped, stepped forms here on youtube or any other digital medium, so aren't we missing something and not getting the full benefit? I think you'd have to be able to get an instrument or something to hear it live from whatever is creating it to get the real benefit, not from digital reproductions like we have online or in cds.
741 really hit the spot after an ear sound trauma incident with a " Rat Away Plug In" or something. When I plugged it in it hurt weirdly and then only the 741 part of this video helped at all but it helped heal most of the weird ear pain I'd had

@imariusz I know that some Buddhists use meditation gongs and bowls which they would tap to cause it to vibrate. I doubt they understood the idea of frequency back in the day but they may have felt how the tunes effected their bodies and minds during meditation.

When you make sound on the right kind of surface with sand, you can get geometries for certain frequencies. If my understanding is correct, the soffegios are at the center of the geometries, where tones between them would produce more chaotic patterns.
Did anyone do the math to determine proper wavelengths based upon the speed of light and the newest SI definition of a metre based upon how far light travels in 1/299792458 of a second, and a second is how far light travels in 299792458 meters. It would be interesting to get the actual frequencies, and how elevation would play into using slightly difference frequencies when high up, because of how thinner air reduces the speed of sound, and thus doppler shifts cause frequencies to have no effect
I did this as a little experiment and for a tuning reference for other musicians (mainly guitar) I have other tracks that use all 12 Solfeggio tones. However, it is when you combine a few of mine meditations in a program that the potential truly comes alive. Well that is my view and I sure many who have done just that would more than agree :-) I may do another like this with all 12 if you think it's a good idea?

@psonnenh The base Chakara has more than 1 frequency as it is, feet, legs & sexual organs. Also the crown Chakara has more than one frequency. many people only use 2 Ckakara's and that is their sex & stomach & they don't even have them functioning in any true sensual nature. character limit reached cont; various harmonics across the neck access some of the remaining solfeggio notes. Ac/Dc tunes probably will not translate well to this tuning as there are many dissonant notes but also many matching tones available where standard tunings fall short.

I've always wondered, the effects that these tones is supposed to have is based on vibration which are wave forms right. Well, we're listening to these in compressed, bitmapped, stepped forms here on youtube or any other digital medium, so aren't we missing something and not getting the full benefit? I think you'd have to be able to get an instrument or something to hear it live from whatever is creating it to get the real benefit, not from digital reproductions like we have online or in cds.

741 really hit the spot after an ear sound trauma incident with a " Rat Away Plug In" or something. When I plugged it in it hurt weirdly and then only the 741 part of this video helped at all but it helped heal most of the weird ear pain I'd had

When you make sound on the right kind of surface with sand, you can get geometries for certain frequencies. If my understanding is correct, the soffegios are at the center of the geometries, where tones between them would produce more chaotic patterns.

Did anyone do the math to determine proper wavelengths based upon the speed of light and the newest SI definition of a metre based upon how far light travels in 1/299792458 of a second, and a second is how far light travels in 299792458 meters. It would be interesting to get the actual frequencies, and how elevation would play into using slightly difference frequencies when high up, because of how thinner air reduces the speed of sound, and thus doppler shifts cause frequencies to have no effect

I did this as a little experiment and for a tuning reference for other musicians (mainly guitar) I have other tracks that use all 12 Solfeggio tones. However, it is when you combine a few of mine meditations in a program that the potential truly comes alive. Well that is my view and I sure many who have done just that would more than agree :-) I may do another like this with all 12 if you think it's a good idea?

character limit reached cont; various harmonics across the neck access some of the remaining solfeggio notes. Ac/Dc tunes probably will not translate well to this tuning as there are many dissonant notes but also many matching tones available where standard tunings fall short.
