In this day and age, you don't have to be a "biological" mother to be a "real" mother. Look at Devon, Dru and Neil adopted him and loved him as if he were their own. Also, look at Lily, Neil could have washed his hands of her but he didn't think any less of Lily. Ana should remember that.
