Yeah, it's pretty badass. I don't think Dom uses a double pedal live. I heard that fill a couple times during Helsinki Jam on this tour, and it looked like he was doing sixteenth triplets between the toms and the kick. I think he uses a similar technique in Assassin (at 0:29 and 2:04), which is by far my favorite Dom Howard fill..

@BaileyEssrogable Doms had an iron cobra double pedal for ages but this fill is L-R-Kick, L-R-Kick, L-R-Kick, Flam, Doms playing is SO articulate and his live drum sound is so god damn good that something that simple sounds that fat. He deserves a medal

He could be doing quads on the bass drum, where you go toe to heel to get a double hit, if its done fast it can give the impression you're using a double pedal :)

I saw Muse in France (Toulouse) IN NOVEMBER 25TH in 2009 and it's was AMAZING, the best night of my little life (I'm 15)
