put a small spring on it so it automatically slides back, and then put a piec of metal on the inside of your arm with a hook on it so it latches onto the blade when its out. Then to that hook attach a string you can tie to your finger so you just pull the finger back and it goes in

It's funny because if you try to swing it out with your hand covering it, you're having a blade through your wrist. Also, from the looks of it, any pressure on it will cause it to slide back into the holder, making it kinda pointless. sort these two out as well as a retraction system and you'll have a winner.
