So appearantly, in Chicago you can not only build an enormous missile launching platform on the roof of a building without being caught; you can also launch those missiles at a high security prison and nobody will notice that, either?
To say nothing of the Looney-Tune-ness of a missile that lands just short of target only to fire a second, smaller rocket at it...
