I clean my ears and my kids ears with an ear spoon that looks like that. We got it at an asian store. To me I think this is the best method of cleaning the ears, we've never had an ear infection, but you still have to leave a little bit in their to keep it protected.

I honestly have no clue how I got to this video.... I was watching cute kittens just a few minuets ago O3O But If you want your ears cleaned, I'd say go to a doctor for sure, they know what they are doing and you can be sure of that. This method of cleaning ears is used quite a bit but can also be bad if you accidently move your hand, and because they are mostly standing, I'd be a bit worried. When I got my ears cleaned out, the doctor used a water pump, it worked well and didn't hurt at all!

He puts in a large piece of wax while they distract the girl by asking her some questions. Note that when he's showing the wax he makes a sign to his friends. Then he just pulls out the piece of wax he put in there.
