Two man tried to Rob me I showed them the handle my 357 they ran like hell they turned out to be a Joliet Police Department Sgt. and his son he got on his cell phone and called rest of the ass holes Policemen they were Joliet and Will County policemen they were 15 to 20 police cars I gave up with my hands in the air they still be to shit out of me and did the same to my wife it cost me $8000 and three days in jail to get out of it so believe it in my live had one speeding ticket that's all

Actually we did an analysis of this in my Criminal Justice class. The instructor is actually a retired police officer and was able to offer insight about what was going on. The officers are trying to get the suspect to pull his arms out from under his body so he can be cuffed. The 7 officers restraining the suspect are each taking a different part of the body to prevent him from injuring an officer while struggling. The officer that is hitting the suspect is trying to apply pain in order to

@ragnarokian2 get the suspect to cringe and possible loosen his arms so that they can be cuffed (ideally the suspect would react to a blow to the back or side by reaching to that area with his arm instinctively, allowing him to be cuffed). I hope that makes the actions of the police a little clearer as far as motives and reasoning behind what they are doing is concerned.

In the beginning of the video you clearly see an officer hitting the teenage with all his might repeatedly, 15 seconds into the video the kid is alrealy held down, yet another officer uses his knees to hit him.
