At the time we were in the back country, it was dusk, I uncapped the spray and set it down near my wife(she was a bit scared because we heard what sounded like a bear) while I went off to the bathroom. Well I forgot the cap was off reached down and heard the spray, it went 10feet in front of me but the wind blew it right back! Thank God I had my glasses on, but it still did some damage.
