patsy wrote the ransom note, and probably with john assisting her. all the experts said the same thing, that a woman wrote it, and the note was clean, there were no fingerprints on the note, yet patsy had picked it up on the stairs, so her prints should have been on it. the clean ransom note shows that she wore gloves when she wrote it, then forgot to put her prints on it, where she picked it up.

It's not that hard, if a kidnapper/killer broke a window to the house, it's quite evident that they could hear, so that's out of the question. Unless they are complete morons they would have locked their front door. It was also Christmas which means there would be lots of decorations that would have the potential to make noise. It would have to have been someone inside the house or with a key to the house, if the Ramseys lost a key that would have been evidence. It was undeniably the parents.

Great video ! I think that maybe the killer wrote the note intentionally going to kidnap her but realized that it would have been hard to walk out with her so instead he raped and killed her then left forgetting about the ransom note.

what do u mean was hard..?how did HE get out?if u r scared u waste no time fucking around.I believe one person planned it and "hired"an idiot monster 2do it.he got carried away (he already hated the rich lil girl and rich dad)and killed her by mistake in the process of a not so gente kidnapping .so he left her and went as soon as he saw he fucked up..not having enough brains 2realise randsom could be taken as well(maybe)he lost it coz he was hired do deliver an alive not a dead girl

Thats completely ridicolous and makes obv. no sense at all. He would write the note before he breaks in, but we know, that wasn´t the case.

and she was not raped...

im not saying the parents did it..i just dont know. but the Intruder theory makes no sense to me.
