How to get psp iso files

i was wondering if you could help me with an issue i was having..

i have a psp go with software ver. 6.60 pro-b9....and im running vista....when i download i extract it and take iso file to psp iso file.... it sits and acts like its doing somthing and then an error pops up saying that file is not in location... i'm banging my head over this tring to get games on it before xmas....its for my son

@Hablajaja Yes you do you need custom firmware 5.00 m33-6 or some type of cfw.

Firmware means the sofware version u hav it in ur psp

Custom firmware means ur moddin ya psp to play games from the iso file is tat oki :)D
