hey dan u need to change the keyframes 2 smooth ,,,,,,,,,,spherise it a bit more and 2 zoom in u make the track motion big 2 small

i dnt actual i used the same tutorial u did u get a pic of flat earth thn u sphereise it and then add cookie cutter (am i right lol)

btw on your keyframes right click thn click smooth it wont jitter wen it changes direction
