Girl I don't have much time to excercise due to school and work, so what I do is I cut on some booty music... and dance my ass off in my apt by myself..lol. I do it for about an hour... It's so damn fun and such a good work out... I be sweating like Khunta-Ken-tay when I'm done...lol. Best Part: NO GYM COST...LOL. But yeah you look like you had a blast (literally..lol)
