Yes one day their contract will eventually end =[ When it does end, thats the time if other record companys wants them and gives them more money to move over to them. Which a lot of artist do nowadays. Cause once they reach to a stage like dbsk now, record companys would want them in their own company to help them earn more money, so in order to get them over they would pay more then the old record company. They might not leave and continue to stay, who knows only time will tell.
